Our organic Maitake is produced from 100% fruiting body — no mycelium, fillers, starch, or bulking agents — giving you the concentrated polysaccharide and beta-glucan profile the species is known for, unlike diluted mycelium-on-grain material sold under the same name.
We offer this ingredient as a standard powder (polysaccharide ≥4%) or as an 8:1 extract (polysaccharide ≥25%, beta-glucan ≥20%) for formulations requiring higher potency in a smaller fill weight. The material is heat-stable, suitable for hot beverage applications such as coffee and tea blends alongside standard capsule, tablet, and powder formats, and is fully plant-based and free from gluten, soy, and dairy.
