This liposomal B-complex premix combines all eight B vitamins in their biologically active forms — including methylcobalamin (B12), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P, B6), and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF, B9) — encapsulated using phosphatidylcholine-based liposomal technology. Unlike conventional B vitamin blends that rely on inactive precursor forms requiring enzymatic conversion in the liver, this premix delivers each vitamin in its ready-to-use, directly absorbable state.

The active-form approach is particularly relevant for formulations targeting consumers with reduced conversion efficiency — including those with MTHFR gene variations, a genetic variation estimated to affect roughly 10–15% of the population — as well as older consumers and those on medications known to interfere with B vitamin metabolism. All eight B vitamins are dosed proportionally to reflect their natural cofactor relationships, supporting a balanced, synergistic formulation rather than isolated single-nutrient dosing.
